Электронная платформа для туристов Russpass появится в Москве
The platform is to be launched in the first quarter of 2020
Russpass, a smart digital platform for tourists, is now being designed in Moscow. It will help tourists to build interesting travel routes across the Russian capital and to search for city services and attractions.

Russpass application will show travelers the key locations and provide them with a function to book tickets to excursions, museums, and theaters. A public transport card is also to be included.

All this will be available in user profiles. An option to visit museums and theaters by electronic tickets will also be provided.

Before visiting Moscow, travelers will be able to select a ready-made tourist package for three, five, or seven days with a free admission to all regional museums of Moscow. Otherwise, they can construct their travel routes themselves. The application will display chosen routes with sites planned for visiting.

After easing of visa requirements, visa granting will be included into the tourist package. Russpass material data carriers with public transport cards, city maps, and information leaflets will be given to tourists in envelopes in airports and partner outlets.

The platform will operate both in desktop and mobile application versions. In unexpected situations users will be able to contact the 24/7 call center or to login into a support chat room.

Using unique functions of the platform tourists will be able to adjust their personal settings, which will be used for displaying additional services in their route maps.

And if a tourist decides to continue the journey, using the platform he will be able to build a plan of traveling to Saint Petersburg or to the Far Eastern Federal District.
Russpass will be useful not only to tourists but also to Moscow citizens. Using Russpass they will be able to get information on interesting events and to book e-tickets without having to wait in queues to ticket booths.

The platform is planned to be launched in the test mode in the first quarter of 2020. In July 2020 its functions will be enlarged: tourists will be able to booking flights and rooms in hotels.
