Since the middle of December, the call centre provides Chinese guests with information support in their native language. To call the hotline, dial the short number 122 or the landline number +7 495 122 01 11.

Operators of the contact centre communicate with tourists in Russian, in English, and from now also in Chinese. By calling the hotline, guests of the city can learn what to see during the New Year holidays or how city transport, museums, and theatres operate,” said Natalya Sergunina, Deputy Moscow Mayor. These her words are cited on the portal of the Mayor and the Government of Moscow.

Every month, the tourist hotline accepts over three thousand calls. Experts of the contact centre are ready to answer almost any question. Tourists can obtain information support in Chinese 08:00 to 24:00 on weekdays and 10:00 to 22:00 on weekends while calls in English and Russian are accepted 24/7.

According to the Moscow City Tourism Committee, specialists of the call centre can provide tourists with contacts of embassies, consulates, and visa centres, with addresses of museums, stadiums, parks. Also, they can inform visitors on the railway schedule or how to get from A to B. And, of course, the contact centre personnel are ready to help them in emergency situations.

The hotline for tourists was organized by the Moscow City Tourism Committee together with the Moscow Department of Information Technology on the basis of the municipal call centre. The short number 122 is available for mobile calls from numbers of all Russian and foreign communications service providers in Moscow and Moscow Oblast.

The landline number +7 495 122 01 11 is available for calls from all mobile and landline numbers both from the Russian Federation and from abroad. Subscribers pay calls to both numbers by charges of their communication service providers.

The municipal call centre has been operating in Moscow since 2011. It processes more than 2.5 million calls per month.

About 90% of calls reach for the hotlines popular with Moscovites: the single Moscow directory service (+7 495 777 77 77), the single dispatch centre (+7 495 539 53 53), the single healthcare appointment service (+7 495 539 30 00), Moscow Transport call centre (+7 495 539 54 54), technical support of the public service portal (+7 495 539 55 55), and the hotline for individual meters readings for consumed water registering (+7 495 539 25 25).
