Twins Garden is a symbiosis of nature and science. One of the brothers is a partisan of farming and agriculture. The second brother is an adherent of advanced technology. After a long way from the first steps in the kitchen to the No. 19 in The World’s 50 Best Restaurants, they keep on learning.

The first edition of the event was a Garden festival held at the brothers’ own farm in the Kaluzhskiy region. It was intended to show how important it is for chefs to take control of the quality of ingredients. The main purpose of the Twins Science is to transfer knowledge and international experience to younger chefs and people who are genuinely interested in these topics.
