The ten-digit landline number +7 (495) 122-01-11 is available for calls from all mobile and landline numbers both from the Russian Federation and from abroad. Communication service providers charges apply. Operators of the Moscow city call center are ready to answer any questions of tourists: how to pay fare in metro, how to get to an airport or from A to B, where are bike sharing stations located, etc. Also, call center specialists can inform tourists on festivals and interesting events in the city, tell addresses of museums, stadiums, parks and other attractions, as well as addresses and working hours of embassies, consulates, and visa centers. And, of course operator of the new call center are ready to help in case of emergency. Information support for tourists is provided in two languages: Russian and English.
