In Moscow, RUSPASS will fulfill the wish of a family from Nakhodka

The winner of the All-Russian competition "RUSSPASS fulfills dreams" was a family from the city of Nakhodka, Primorsky Krai. The start of the competition was announced in August 2021 by Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin.
